Step 1: Feedstock

Plastic begins on a conveyor belt, passes through a metal detector, is precision-cut for extrusion, then moves to a spindle for pre-heating and liquefaction. Waste oil is fueled directly into the reactor.

Step 2: Cracking

In the properitary designed reactor, hydrocarbons are cracked at approx. 400°C. A special scraper keep the reactor clean, maintain a steady temperature and improve heat transfer. With our innovation, gas is used efficiently for heating.

Step 3: Distillation

Hydrocarbon chains break into vapor, filtered for particles in a fast cyclone. The clean vapor moves through a distillation tower, condensing at specific temperatures. Valves extract diesel or fuel oil, while non-liquefied gases are cooled, recirculated, and cleaned in the tower for a streamlined process.

Step 4: Cleaning

The product is sent to a 3-chamber intermediary tank for quality checks. Our patented filtering and stabilization process ensure clear, stable, high-quality oil before it goes to the final storage tank for more quality assessment.

Step 5: High Quality Output

Premium diesel or heating oil undergoes rigorous testing at inhouse labs and accredited external labs. Certificates confirm compliance with diesel or fuel oil standards, ensuring it’s suitable for modern vehicles and engines.
