Depo adds a Technological Manager and a Project Engineer to its Norwegian team

“I am excited to join a company with a pronounced green profile and ambition. Making something useful from waste is a great thing to do. I am very pleased to work for a company that has its natural place in the green transition,” says Erlend Angel-Dalane – newly appointed Technological Manager at Depo.

The 41-year-old brings experience from HMH, Servi and Umoe Advanced Composites – having worked on both vehicles and hydraulic machines during his career. Angel-Dalene has formal training in mechanics and mechatronics.

He joined Depo on 3 March, the same date that Andreas Knudsen Sund was named Project Engineer.

“I thrive when I can draw, design and calculate, which is something I will be able to do at Depo. I find personal motivation in designing and producing renewable solutions. Depo has a smart and profitable business model which solves a huge societal and environmental problem. That is inspiring,” says Sund.

Prior to joining Depo, the 28-year-old worked for Sopra Steria. His training includes chemistry and machinery – both vital skills for Depo.

Tor Henning Ramfjord, CEO of Depo, is pleased to have secured new talent for the company.

“Erlend and Andreas bring experience and expertise that is valuable and important for Depo in the coming phases. Both will strengthen our company’s technological platform and contribute to further development of our recycling technology,” says Ramfjord.

We are passionate about the future, purpose-driven and sustainable through commercialisation.
